Moss Bross on Oxford street has some suits made out of Zegna wool on sale. The material's called 'truffoto' or something; woven in Australia.
The suits are £299 knocked down from £499. I tried on a pinstripe that had a nicely tapered waist.
Also, there's a shop near George Street (not far from Wigmore St. in the same area) called 'Suit To Suit' that's got some Zegna material (come down to waist) overcoats for £69.99. Light grey, three button with buttons on the cuff.
I got a different overcoat, charcoal 3/4 wool cashmere mix (far more wool than cash) for £130 including sleeve shortening. It had a ticket pocket but not breast pocket and one lapel away from the suit a bit, but overall it seems OK.
