Zegna Labels

Hi

I'm looking at some of these Zegna suits for sale on Gilt. It seems there are three sort - Ermenegildo Zegna, Zegna and Z Zegna. The suit I'm looking at says it's a Zegna, not a Z Zegna or E Zegna. I know that E Zegna are the best but what would the quality of this suit be like? I don't wear suits everyday so I'm not worried about it being fused or not, I just want something that looks good and is good quality. I've generally been buying and wearing Boss James Sharp so would this suit be a step up and is $1000 a good price? Will the fit be similar to a James Sharp which fits me perfectly or a little slimmer?

Those look suspicious. I never trust Gilt with anything after the NYT article from a few years ago detailing their practice of getting "de-spec'd" items from manufacturers and passing them off as identical quality.
