zegna and loro piana - great taste

I just want to say that I am very impressed and attracted to the taste
of Zegna and Loro Piana. You can see totally well coordinated outfits
put together:

The taste is extremely refined and understated. It's really
hard to achieve the same 'look' using less upmarket brands like Zara
(which is always a bit 'rough' if you know what I mean....)

Any thoughts?

I agree but i'm a big fan of LP's stuff overall. Although i only own a handful of pieces (most bought at a discount) i find it fits my style well. I'm not a ostentatious person but do like to dress well and get compliments on the clothing but i still blend in.

Can't really comment on Zegna.

i checked those out... i wasn't too impressed by the LP site, but the zegna one was pretty good--they have some nice sport coats in this collection.
