Random question on this-

Has anyone ever seen them with the point facing up? In other words like an M instead of a W? I just had shirts made where they accidentally sewed them on upside down and I want to know if this is something that would ever be done intentionally (in this case it was made in HK and they have never done it before so not intentional).

Obviously it is functionally the same- and this is a menswear forum so not looking for answers pointing out they are functionally the same. Wondering if this detail basically screams 'tried to get a Neapolitan shirt made in China'
