What is you view on the very traditional "banker" look of the, say, 1980ies until the dot com revolution, when everyone went casual/tie-less?
The Banker (but not the one from a savings bank)/Industrialist/Euro Aristo look. Timeless single-button suit, a relatively plain shirt with a modest collar, double cuffs, a white pocket square carelessly stuffed into the breast pocket, highly polished black oxfords. Maybe a slightly worn Burberry trench coat. A London Tan attache case from Swaine Adeney.
