yes they are Kid brands of the 2 most famous Neapolitan Suit maker: Kiton and Cesare Attolini...

But those the finish and fabric quality up to the level of the mainline?

Sartoria Attolini is the old label before they changed it to Cesare Attolini.

Sartorio was founded by Attolini, in the 90s if i remember correctly. Later purchased by Kiton, and now serves as their slightly younger and more trendy alibi, along with Kired, which is mainly outerwear.
Both with big stands at Pitti, and sold via agents. (Kiton and Attolini does not bother to exhibit at Pitti anymore)

Sartorio is a very nice product, but made in a more industrial way, with less hand made work than mainline Kiton. I would say it is comparable to Isaia or Stile Latino, from what I have seen.

In Napoli, Kiton and Attolini are the two big brands that are said to be the best. Kiton is more loud and expensive, and Attolini is a little more low key. Many tailors that are now getting fame on their own, once worked at one or the other, or both before setting up their own shop.

Wow thank you very much for the Info...

But wait, you mean that Satoria Attolini = Ceasar Attolini, not the Kid Brand?
