1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Good to see some fellow Zappa fans. "Trouble Every Day" and "Flakes" used to be theme songs a while back.

Nobody does it better by Carly Simon.

Picked out for me by an old girlfriend many years ago. I've always remembered that.....and her.

DR: I swear we must have partied together in another life:

    "Movin' to Montana soon,
Gonna be a dental floss tycoon."

    Steve: It basically goes:

"Just, like a penguin in bondage baby,
Oh Yeah. Oh Yeah. Oh Yeah. Yeah."

Classic Zappa at his Dadaist mockingest best.

Hey. Both good songs, especially the former. Are you still traumatized by the time the big bullies caught you in the school bathroom singing Angie and stuffed you in a locker, j.? Cause it's okay to still feel that way, you know? It's okay...

One story behind Angie, don't know if it is true, is that it supposedly refers to Angela Bowie who was freaked out by walking in on Mick and David in bed together. Course it could be just like that story about Rod Stewart getting his stomach pumped. Remember that one?

That's Muddy Waters AFAIK - also very cool. I remember that was used in Casino - "I've got seven hundred dollars/don't you mess with me"

Hey - don't you go knocking Wild Horses now. Good call on Backdoor Man - also The Changeling - most manic slide guitar I've ever heard.
