I grew up with Mr. Rogers. I'd never wear one.

I think they look great on grandads, especially if they have a bag of toffees in the pocket. For anyone under the age of 65 they look crap.

Your budget? Looking for wool, cashmere or cotton?

I really want a cardigan myself, but the only cardigan I really want would be a cashmere cable cardigan from Polo Ralph Lauren, and I think they are too expensive (seen them for $195 at eBay) for my current budget.

BTW I don't think you have to be 65 to wear the cardigan in your post, just make sure you have a modern pants, shoes etc. and it will look classic and nice. [IMG]

Budget - $ 200 max. Pure cashmere or cashmere/merino wool mix best.

    Thanks for the tip! :)

Depends on the styling and how its worn. In the example you've provided, the pairing is extremely monotonous, and the shoes are hipster crap.

I agree, the pairing is monotonous and I wouldn't wear those shoes for sure [IMG]

    Any suggestions?
