I dunno man. Between 10 and 12% BF, I felt pretty energetic and fit. At 7 or 8%, I was tired all of the time, and usually pretty hungry too. I'm not sure that that's a great goal. Maybe it depends on your body. I just don't really know.

I'm doing well getting down there - I have been following Lyle McDonald's UD2.0 and steadily losing about a 3/4 to 1lb of fat a week. I think I'll get there in about 6 to 8 weeks. The low carb depletion days have been hellish but the refeeds are yummy

. Yeah, I hear what you are saying but I just want to get there. I have been skinny super-low fat when I was in high school - I want to get to muscular low-fat for once just to prove to myself that I can do it. I am not sure it is possible to maintain it there though while maintaining my sanity - we'll see! Here's Floyd - this is the physique I am aiming for. Being vegetarian, I can't realistically hope to add a lot of bulk but I can at least be muscular and cut.
