+1 Polo is wonderful, though only half canvassed. The closest in style but better in quality comes from Paul Stuart. I'd place them as my favourite Suit/Sports Coat brand in America.

the fit on Polo ranges so much though. I picked up a Polo suit in 40L that fits as if it were custom made for me. Then another size 40 suit is too wide in the shoulders, too large in the chest, too large in the armholes, too large in the waist. All by a large margin. But I do like Polo for their price/availability.

Sartoria Partenopea. Gorgeous fabrics, beautifully made and fits me well.

I also am a big fan of Isaia and Domenico Spano. I would say that Spano fits me the best off the rack, but it is not that easy to find.
