70s and 80s Hong Kong only, if possible. I don't care about the new crap put out here in the States that has Jay-Z in the soundtrack.

Here is mine... Shaolin Prince aka Iron Fingers of Death aka Death Mask of the Ninja (yet there are no ninjas in this movie)

I was always into "5 Deadly Venoms". I miss Kung Fu theater on Fox at 11am in the 80s

Once Upon A Time is post-90s? I thought it was 80s. Fist of Legends is a remake of a 70s, and replace drunken master 2 with drunken master 1. In a twisted way they all stilly apply [IMG]

Wong Fei Hung (Once Upon a time...) 1991 Jing Wu Ying Xiong (Fist Of Legend) 1994 (what you WANTED to say was The Chinese Connection 1972, not the Jet Li remake, though I liked it too) Jui Kuen II (Drunken Master II) - 1994 Your excuses are sad. We do not train to be merciful here, mercy is for the weak. A man confronts you in the street he is your enemy. An enemy deserves no mercy.

Heh that is what I grew up on. I have heard lots about 5 Deadly Venoms and how great it is, but unfortunately haven't seen it yet. It's on my to get list. Is the Last Dragon the one with Sho'nuff, the Shogun of Harlem? Honorable mentions for me: 18 Bronzemen (I found out recently it is a trilogy! I must find the two sequels! 18 Bronzemen was probably my absolute favorite and most watched movie as a child) [IMG] Shaolin Drunkard [IMG] [IMG]
