kakemono the only "disease" I know of that cause dandruff like symptoms is a yeast problem .. You might wanna try the three-lac or five-lac kit and watch your " disease" be cured ..
Then keep your sugars and starches to a minimum to maintain and LOTS of water ..

I've been trying to work out before work, and today I did, but I usually wake up too late and have to do it afterwards.

    Take a shower, (redken)
    Brush teeth/ deoderant
    Get dressed

    boring....

I'm a pretty basic guy, so I adhere to the basic shit-shower-shave regimine supplemented by flossing and brushing. Should I do more? At my age it's unlikely to do any good anyway.

Damnit, you beat me to it.
Actually, J beat you to it a few months ago in a similar thread. First one to find it gets my old JNCOs. Edit: Well, I can't find it. Maybe it was before the crash. There goes any proof of my wicked badness.

get up and stop being disoriented
walk downstairs feed my cat, drink a protein shake

2-3 reasonably large bong loads to start the day off right

    shave/shower/brush teeth/wax balls/rub one out....the usual suspects

throw on jeans and a tee, get books, smoke cigarette

    go to class

    I like your style.

I never take a shower in the morning--it's always at night, usually 1-2:00.

I don't like the way the sun looks in my bathroom in the morning.

Wake up after the 3-4th alarm (Nokia 1102i cel alarm).
Roll out of bed and put on a big cup of coffee (generally Yuban dark roast).
Shit (Charmin Ultra Strong with Evian water for the toilet).
Shave (King of Shaves gel w/ Mach III).
Shower (Head and Shoulders, Irish Springs).
Deo/Cologne (Degree Cool Rush, cologne depends on day...usually Lucky).
    Dress (generally in clothing).
    Do hair (Murphy's beeswax).
Smoke cigarette or pipe while having coffee (Kamel Red's or Top handrolls, or a custom mix for the pipe).
Jump on motorcycle and head to work (oldass Suzuki).

So your routine is more Japanese style.

It seems like Americans like to take showers in the morning, while Japanese people take them at night (with a bath).

Yes, I've heard Asians say that the American habit of taking showers in the morning is very odd.

My Japanese wife thinks so. I take a relaxing bath at nite, quick shower in the morning.
