Not the usual topic, it seems. It will be interesting to know the reactions, especially "Other." Replies are more informative than just doing the poll, thanks. Footwear is excluded.

That probably does happen with some clothing items that are donated or resold. Style Forum members are above that, one hopes.

When I find small holes or tears in casual shirts, they immediately becoming layering pieces. Casual pants/shorts I tend to fix or patch up. I don't wear my suits enough for them to be damaged... yet. Underwear goes straight to the rag pile or the trash.

Ie finding damaged clothes, it gives me an excuse to go shopping. I do try and salvage things that i really like and would have a hard time finding again but most times it is more trouble then it's worth to do so.
