Sized down one on my rescues and they were cool for a few months but now they are getting to the point where I have to pull them up since I don't wear a belt with them. When I had initally tried to size down 2 I could barely button them and they seemed too small at the time.

I'm about to buy a pair of rescues. What size do you normally wear, what did you buy and have you been wearing without washing?

I normally wear a 34 and I bought 33s which are getting to the point I really need a belt. I'm not 100% sure I would like the fit everywhere else to be honest but if you're not a medium build like me I'd size down two.

I haven't tried it with APCs, but I put my Uniqlo selvage denim into the dryer after a wash and it shrank them permanently (a good thing).

My Rescues where put in the dryer by mistake. It was the 4th time I washed them. They shrank to original size, but stretched back in a few hours.
