Not that there's anything wrong with Mantellassi chukkas... Congrats. Why'd you decide on spectators for your first pair?

Dark oak and acorn specs sounds like a great match. What last did you pick? And out of curiosity, why did you select rubber instead of leather soles?

last, have no idea. they had some sample shoes there and i tried one on and they felt good so we went with whatever that last was. i chose spectators basically b/c i don't have any and rarely wear dressy shoes anymore so i thought i should buy something different. the rep suggested that color combo.

I'm not one to wear spectator shoes in regular circumstances, but I had a pair of spectator golf shoes made in dark oak antique and edwardian antique. When I received them I found the edwardian antique too orange in that setting, but after applying some black shoe cream it darked toward burnt pine and they look great.
