Is anyone aware that there is NO existing law requiring the average American to pay income tax? We are told constantly by the corporate media and the IRS that we must file a 1040 tax return, but when asked to present the law in the Constitution they invariably dodge the question.

It is a fact the 43% of Americans pay no income tax. Don't just take my word for though, look into this yourselves!
