Exactly what I thought! If there is something that is deemed to be best seller, people will buy it at any cost.

Particularly if it is a one off item. Lurkers / watchers are asking to be dissapointed. No use waiting for the sale when you know there are about 100 million people worldwide that would buy that item given half a chance. I find this is much more prevalent with fashion items.
