Hey all,

I am interested in a few pairs of clearance pants on Yoox.com. I take a 31 or 32 waist, but most of the pants just give a waist size - no length (but I take a 32"). Anyway, I emailed the customer service department and they said there was no way for them to find specific sizes since the warehouse is located a distance away.

So, if I ordered a 32" waist, do you think there is a good chance that the length is a 32 also?

Thanks, I appreciate the help.

If they are dress pants then they are probably unhemmed and long enough to fit anyone. They do the same thing with their suits - no indication as the the length. Are they that ignorant??

I just wanted to mention for clarification:
if you want a 32" waist, your correct size on yoox is:
1: 32 (JNS); or
2: your european size less 10. For example, I'm a 35" waist, which is equivalent to a Euro 52, so my yoox size is a 42 (52 - 10). Make sense?

Thanks. Yes, I was looking at size 32(JNS) and styles of pants other than unhemmed dress pants. They had some nice Helmut Lang jeans for $34 a pair, but no length given.

Helmut Lang jeans come in a standard length, which is something between 33 and 34. Most high end jeans these days are like this. If you are under 6'1'' or so, expect to have to hem them, or just let them wear down, like I do with my looser fitting Paper Denims.

Nice, thanks for the help, LA Guy.

I have a pair of PDC jeans that are just a bit too long, but they still look good. $34 seems like a good price for HL jeans, and they look pretty nice (dark denim, faded a bit, whiskars, slightly boot-but). How does the sizing run for jeans? Normally I take a 31x32 but figured a 32 waist would work out as well.
