There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

About a quarter of the way through this thread. Bought some Yohji trousers on a whim a few weeks ago and I think i'm converted. Just wanted to thank lvwri etc for all the great posts in this thread.

I'm not familiar with the season codes and this thread states that HF is from S/S 96. Was HF reused for F/W14-15?

    Hey Guys!

Would anyone know of a place in NY where I could get Yohji stuff?
Preferably used so I can get it cheaper :x (My job doesn't pay too much)

Barney's Warehouse occasionally has really good post-end of season deals.

I hope somebody here goes to Y! and picks up the beautiful SS15 11 button wool gabardine reversible jacket for about 75 percent less than I paid in Paris! Seriously!

I just want somebody here to get access to a great jacket:] I'm plotting a Japan trip now just to shop YY...the prices are so different and it would be great to see and feel a wide selection! Plus, Japan.

Quote:I wasn't being critical my friend, just that if the item doesn't have a BIN option ( like xeraphim's link to the ss13 pants ) then whoever see your post are gonna fight it out among us then it will no longer be less than 75% of your purchase price.... but thanks for your good intention.

Just received the huge ss00 cropped trousers from wire, with buttoned fly and extreme rise. They're almost like pleatless hakamas but because of the inhuman massiveness of the waist, once you belt them there are some beautifully subtle pleats that form. The wool gab is quite light, and the motion is otherworldly, certainty doesn't seem to obey Newtonian physics. I wonder what would happen if worn with suspenders, it would be like a macroscopic manifestation of uncertainty principle, or feel something like this:

Missed out on an amazing brand new SS07 suspender jacket on Y!JP yesterday, got outbid and couldn't afford to go higher.

So instead I bought this SS00 jacket and a turtleneck to make myself feel better.

I also love that some SS00 auctions on Y!JP get translated with the phrase "badboy" or in the case of the jacket above "bad boyhood". I assume it is something to do with the Yakuza influence in the collection.
