Unfortunately, I couldn't post her kid's picture. It's her right and not mine.

I'm an Autistic Support teacher and my autistic kids have been doing yoga for the past 6 months in school. It has done wonders to help them refocus in their classes, become excited about something new and assist them in self calming strategies, who under normal circumstances would be having meltdowns. Normally my students go home after school and play videogames and watch tv but doing yoga helps in their flexibility and pushes them both physically and mentally when performing some of the intermediate poses.

Did you honestly just call these kids "marsupialed?"
Why would you do that? Especially since you work with them, supposedly...

I've heard so much good things about yoga, but I want to know if this thing works for children as well. Just curious because this can be a transformation on the recent trend of kids engaging into violent games as a hobby.

I am also new to yoga but I am interested to try it ever since my aunt advises me to do yoga exercises. I was suffering from panic attacks and anxiety for the last two years and it is real hard every time it happens again. I also found that video about yoga for kids in youtube while I was searching for stuffs about yoga. Actually, there are two of them, the other is for teens.TeenYogi

It made me wonder now if there are yoga videos for adults like me since I don't know how to go about it. By the way, you are right to mention that kids engaging to this new trend is really great than just playing violent games and staying up late just to play with their computers. I might as well ask my son and daughter to try yoga.
