Soooo. After being lambasted in another thread for (admittedly) shoddy pictures. I've come back with (slightly) better images. I love the fabric and style of this suit but I'm not 100% sold on the fit in the non tailorable parts (read: shoulder.) It's a relatively expensive suit but OTR and returnable so honest opinions are welcome. I know I'd get them anyway.

And, yes, I have been through the myriad threads of similar concern. They were only somewhat illustrative. Thanks kindly.

Sleeves on your shirt are too short.
Back looks weird.
What color is the suit? Grey?

That's some major rope on the shoulders. It looks a size too small IMO.

I agree with ter. The sleeves on your shirt are too short and there is something not quite right with the back. That is some serious roping and I think makes the shoulders look too big.

Yeah, I guess I agree. The roping does make the shoulder seem larger than it is.

The suit is grey with a very faint blue check. The last two pics are artificially brightened.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
