The heel looks tapered but not overly done.
That’s the look I prefer. I’ve got Y shoes where that’s the case and some where they’re damn near Cuban. I added in the notes that I just prefer a slight taper not Cuban on my most recent commission so we’ll see how that turns out.

Looks like the new GMTO is up. Interestingly if you are going for at least the bevelled option (+90 surcharge), it would've been marginally cheaper if you were to order it last weekend with the 10% off even after accounting for the GMTO free trees. o_O

in my configuration it would be 590£. soo that's a nope from me. and yes I know split toe and Norwegian is always more expensive. I just don't "need" split toe that much!

I'm assuming that's before any import duty and taxes which is quite hefty as well, and would bring it to C&J cordovan territory (very different shoes of course).

I've been staring at them on and off today because I've got the itch for a new pair and the NST is a glaring hole in my collection. That said, I really wish there was an option for upcharge to cordovan. That'd probably be the difference-maker for me.

Think it’s a no go on shell and a hand sewn apron. Some people have talked about it and I think Meccariello might be the only one who has agreed to try to do it?

AM would definitely do it, just px, same thing with ACME
Tom at OT confirmed it was feasible to do the Cordovan SpTD last time I had enquired.
