That last definition absolutely blew my mind, I wonder if anybody knows which factory in China produces their shoes.
Many believe the Yeossal shoes are made by Xibao (same maker for the Sons of Henrey Oct.Tenth shoes).

You know what, that's what I thought, too. Xibao's TGC started selling hatch grain, and then, Oct Tenth rolled out a hatch grain model, now Yeossal is selling the same stuff. Coincidence?

I am looking to order the Yeossal Split toe derby.
Can anyone advise which last of Yeossal instep wise is comparable to the English Brands (G&G, EG, C&J) and what size to go with Yeossal lasts if I wear 8.5 E UK in EG/G&G and 8 E UK in C&J. I am leaving towards the YSQ or YC3.

Hit them up on Instagram if you have one, they’re very responsive on there.

Soliciting opinions for the group buy. The ever SF-popular derbies aren't REALLY my bag (at least until I build out a proper collection), but I very much like the Ardmore and Minden. Curious what leather choices y'all would opt for? My thinking was the Adrmore in either burgundy or oxblood, and the Minden in either oxblood hatch grain or bordeaux grain calf. Thoughts/additional suggestions?
Note: I don't care for museum calf or suede.

I wear 9/9.5 in GG and EG and they fit exceptionally well through the instep. I reached out to Yeossal for the SpTD as I had a slight instep gap with a previous order for the Eber on the SG65 last (had to add a tongue pad). I’d say the Yeossal lasts have higher insteps compared to GG/EG. I went with YC3 for the CGO SpTD but because it fits very similar to SG65 (per Yeossal), they offered to have the instep reduced on the SpTD by 2mm in order to eliminate the instep gap (and derbies tend to fit looser due to the open lacing). I suspect they can offer something similar for you, just reach out via email as they’re very responsive. You can also message @jacksomeister here on SF.

Thank you so much and that’s very helpful. I will contact Yeossal and see if they can do the similar instep adjustment for the order. I am also leaning towards YC3 last.

Trigger pulled on the SpTD. Thanks to @jacksomeister and team for the sizing advice. Now to find a way to blame @BColl_Has_Too_Many_Shoes
How do I always end up getting blamed for people's purchases when it comes to SpTDs 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Yet when the shoes come out great all of a sudden it goes from blaming me to.. "yeah it was too good a deal I had to pull the trigger. I just couldn't resist" 🤔. 😁

C'est la vie!

It was these or Winson - The timetable and lasted trees got me. Which means I need to figure out what to have Winson make for me now. Maybe some boots since I've been doing more SWD than CM thanks to COVID shutting our offices down for the remainder of the year.

Lol I ordered the SpTD like two days before they announced the CMTO program. Oh well.

What do you mean by creating a group? Their CMTO is still live for ~21 hours:

Whoa offices closed for the remainder of the year! Where is that?
Here in NY, we were informed up until August or early September.

@Encore is talking about a group blaming me for their SpTD purchases.

Which of course I'm totally innocent 😇! All I ever did was mention prices, construction, leather options, and how great the styles would look on everyone's feet. Pictures to demonstrate how great the SpTD is. Plus how versatile the style is.
Of course I'm innocent.
