Jackson was extremely helpful and a sales representative did get back to my email though the response didn't address the main questions. I've followed up and am confident Yeossal will fix the issue.

Are all MTOs now 50% down/50% when finished, rather than the 100% up front? Or is that only with the CGOs?
Also, noticing that all models now appear to offer free shipping worldwide?

I'll contact Y directly too of course, but does anyone know from experience how accurate their size charts are these days? I thought I recalled people having issues with sizing previously.

My best fitting shoes are some Allen Edmonds and J Fitzpatricks (the only brands I've received wide shoes from) in a US9.5 wide fit, so if the chart is accurate it seems like I should be going for a 43, but I could be neglecting to factor something in if other people have had trouble with fit.

From what I recall, the sizing under UK10 seem to be fairly accurate. In my experience, the sizing recommendations for UK12 is waaaayyyy off. You can search this thread and see pictures I posted with their size 50 compared with UK12.

Thanks! Yes, that's the issue I thought I recalled. I remembered it being larger sizes with the problem, but wasn't sure from what point, and I wasn't completely certain it was this thread or somewhere else. I'll look into it and bring it up with them, but hopefully that means I shouldn't encounter the same thing in the range of 8.5/9 UK sizes.

Cheers again.

They also offer wide fit for their models. Ask them for sizing advice on IG.

Thanks, fam! I’ll message you as I’m sure most probably don’t care about videos on here.
