I think somewhere something is wrong... leg opening (“leg”?) measured straight line on size 38 doesn’t sound right 41cm... circumference, more or less!
Also rise (outseam minus inseam judging from diagram) of 76cm? I’d like my rise to be a bit less than my leg length.
Helpful would be if picture and size table would have the same labels and circumference or straight line measurement at least...

It is sad to see the Yeossal team leave. You guys are one of my three favourite vendors. All your products are all so thoughtfully & artfully designed, while letting your clients be creative.

For example, the trousers. The cut is just phenomenal. In addition, you allow for so many different types of waistbands. The fabrics are as well very high quality, which makes this a fanstatic value proposition.

I truly believe that you guys have the best in-house shoes & MTO program, bar none. For example, if all your shoes had that step - it is 100% indistinguishable from bespoke, combined with handwelting and the super narrow waist. The degree at which you allow the client to customize is absolutely amazing! I will definitely be placing more orders in the future.

I am following you guys on Instagram and truly hope that everything works out for you all!

For leg opening on size 38, it is 17" circumference or 43cm.
For rise, it is inclusive of front and back. For size 38, it is 31" or 78cm in total.

Just to tie up the loose ends before this thread gets archived. The current GMTO project for the perforated captoe Balmoral is a go! We are still accepting orders until end of this month before consolidating the orders for production.

Hello, long time reader, first time poster. Has Yeossal messed up anyone else's order and then ignored emails discussing ways to rectify the issue? I was accidentally sent the wrong sized MTO trousers and emailed multiple times over a month to see if we could fix the issue but have not received replies. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I understand the store is closed until early June and I have not been asking for an immediate fix.

Edit: P.S.our physical is closed temporarily to comply with local nationwide safe distancing measures however our customer service is fully operational while online orders are also still being processed where operationally possible.

My MTO trouser's inseam was slightly off but the Yeossal reps responded promptly to my concerns and arranged an appropriate solution.
