Got my charity auction Vista boots. They look fantastic. The finishing is superb and the last is really nice. They also came with a 3 piece lasted boot tree.

Gorgeous boots! Never knew Yeossal provides 3-piece shoe trees for boots. Is it in the chelmer museum?

2-piece shoe trees is a chore for boots, at least for me. Lol. So I made our boot trees in 3-piece.

I don't recall which one specifically, but they could probably chime in and confirm.
Yup, it's Chelmer museum calf from Conceria Ilcea.

To aggregate the current prospective GMTOs:

#1: Duxton, minus wingtip, and adding a perforated captoe:

Signed up: bsarosi, rwtc

#2: Shorter version of the Vista (chelsea) boots (shorter than latest picture in the gallery)
Potential*: clee1982
*Not sure if you're 100%, so I've stated "potential"

Also, a big thank you to Jackson for accommodating for my latest (odd) customization... this time an indented steel heel plate, as I want to wear a future pair only for walking outdoors, which I like to do in the summer. Shouldn't sound like tap shoes. I think the Horween Russia Calf in dark brown would be perfect for walking (with Saphir Invulner), if it is anything similar to EG's Utah leather.

Anyone else interested in joining in, in one or both of the GMTOs above? I genuinely believe this is the best MTO program currently available... indented steep toe taps and vibram at ~$50 (done very well), handwelted with a very narrow waist, the ability to customize so many aspects of the product within the MTO & GMTO, all at an amazing price point.

Many thanks Jackson! I think the colour is pretty spot on. It should look very similar to pic related once the shoes gets polished.

As well, I see on the Yeossal instagram that we only need one more person to join the GMTO for the pair below - pictured not in a chiseled last as shown before, but in a round last, in what I'm guessing to be chelmer museum with black polish (could be wrong). Would be amazing if we could find the last person needed on SF :)

I was hoping the color would be a little darker (closer to oxblood) but I like it. Count me in for the GMTO.

@jacksomeister - is there a photo floating around of all the MTO lasts looking down from above (not just individually on the website)? Or would you be able to provide side-by-side photos of the following lasts : YC3, YC8, YSQ, YRB, and SG65? Those would be the lasts I'm considering for the GMTO.

We have a double deal going on starting today! 30% sale for all TLB Mallorca products. And storewide free shipping for all orders above SGD350.

And a quick shout-out for the GMTO, #1 Duxton (replaced with straight perforated captoe) will be available later today for order taking. For #2 Short boots, other than @clee1982, is there anyone else who might be keen?

EDIT: TLB promotion was suspended due to technicalities issue but we have an even better deal going on now until 25 May 2020
