1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    It looks a winner to be sure. Has fall/winter written all over it.

    Too bad about your Jays by the way. I'm now thoroughly convinced that all closers suck except for Mariano...

    That looks like the vintage oatmeal tweed. Love the texture on this one. You've paired it well.

    Donegal today. I was struggling with the knot and pictures this morning due to my lack of sleep having watched 14 innings. I blame it on the METS for not closing at the bottom of the 9th.

    @imys it sits in the collar perfectly. In my experience, the donegals are definitely not the easiest to knot due to the fabric's heft, so that is certainly not an attempt to be ashamed of.

    @Don L Agreed. Excellent look.

    Interesting weave on the Forest Don...almost looks like a stripe with the ribbing.

    @NewYorkIslander any new drops coming, or are thing in a holding pattern during the World Series/run up to the trunk show?

    I'm not much of a photographer but here's a better shot of the maiden run of my pickup from the LS sale.

    Various shades of autumnal brown, although it feels like summer today - a balmy 19oC possibly getting up to 24oC. It goes without saying but this is another one of Rob's masterpieces - a gorgeous dark brown Terroni Herringbone Vintage Silk.

    @imys it would be curious to see those in natural light. The brown looks intensely dark, at least on my screen, and only shows a hint of a brown cast in your last pic.

    @Claghorn bummed I didn't jump on the creamsicle...great option it seems.
