I wore my technicolor silk yesterday. You won't be disappointed.
Yes, I have this good feeling about the tie...
When did you order it? It has been sold out for me for a while.@FrankCowperwood
Last night. I'd noted it as sold out too, but then it seemed to be back in stock. Maybe there's an inventory error and I'm not actually getting it.
Would be too bad, but them's the breaks sometime.
I see. Well hopefully there is one for you!
@newyorkislander if you get another one of these somehow I'll take it.
Forgot to post this in here - was pretty shocked to find this bad boy at a Buffalo Exchange in Brooklyn a few weeks ago - unfortunately out of season so I'll be holding on to it or next winter:
Yellow Hook Necktie Co. Special Edition Holiday necktie in 2012-2013 plaid.
Same one as Rob is this photo:
BTW Rob next time you want to thin the herd let me know - I'm sure I can give you a better price than BE!
Back in BK and back to the grind....all orders will be shipping out today. Thanks for your patience!
We'll also be keeping our Spring 10% off sale for another week and will be starting to drop a few new products rolling in for summer next week. Stay tuned.
A cool but sunny Spring morning. Perfect temperature for this grey spring fleck silk.
Some late Spring/Summer gear is starting to roll in, some in very limited numbers that we're really proud of. We managed to score some absolutely incredible silks and a few wicked lightweight wools that will start rolling out this week or next, in the meantime check out some previews....which we'll show part 2 of tomorrow.
Rutledge Silk Twill (The Fifth Rose)
Cashmere Silk Dark Earth WIndowpane
Cashmere Silk Navy Windowpane
Terroni Fleck Cashmere Silk
Rutledge Silk Herringbone (The Sixth Rose)
Dorothy Red Cashmere Gingham
Is this the same color as the Four Roses silk from a couple years ago?
Yes sir, just about. We also have the Rutledge Red Herringbone coming soon as well, another beautiful bright red silk direct from England.
Here may be the finest pieces of silk I've ever laid my hands on...100% Handprinted Italian Lightweight Silk.We were fortunate enough to be offered a small amount of this from one of our suppliers and we were stoked as hell to get it:
Navy Summer Stripe
Dark Navy Teardrops
Bright Blue Paisley
And the one I'm most proud of, The Yellow Hook Stripe
As well as some more summer specialties:
Dark Grey Red and White WIndowpane Lightweight Wool
Paint Brushed Brown Fresco
Purple Zegna Cashmere Knit
Light Grey WIndowpane
Navy Herringbone WIndowpane
is that purple zegna cashmere 100% cashmere? is it a six fold?
Awesome hand printed italian silks - love the first one!
I picked up the Dorothy blue cashmere a few weeks ago, and it's making a strong case for my favorite casual tie. Cozy yet open and light weave, and super soft- at least a three season tie. I'd recommend the red highly . . .
Yessir! The hand printed silks are sick!
Nailed it, the open weave on this tie is awesome. As soon as I handled this fabric, I knew it was perfect for YH.
