Its a bit harder but I would guess so yes based on the Crockett measure once again. Feel free to e-mail us info@skolyx.se for further sizing advice so we avoid getting into a to long private conversation here :)

I tried both the same size on Yanko's 915 last and Carmina's Rain last. I can say that the Yanko fit is more snug width wise but lengthwise you should be okay. If you're feet are on the narrower side I think ordering the same size is okay.

Depends on what you mean with "width wise". My feet are wide at the toes, and Carmina's Rain is too snug for me, while 915 is close to perfect.

Fair enough. For me the sides feels bit too snug.

Proves again that feet are different and that it is difficult to extrapolate from others' experience to your own.

Oh yes. Feet are a bitch! Hahaha. I don't have wide feet but my toes I guess are wider, so when I walk my toes kinda spread and hit the side of the Rain lasted shoe. I wear plastic rings on the 4th toe so they don't get blistered. Eventhough most of the sites I have asked and even Carmina, they have recommended 9 UK and I wear 9.5 UK.

Sure, see below. For Size we recommend to take same size as C&J or size down 0,5 if you are close to sizing down in C&J.

This is correct. I have a pair in 915 and in Rain, both in the same size UK6.5 which is 1/2 size down from my normal US8/UK7. I would describe my feet as having a slightly wife forefoot, average to slightly high instep, and narrow heel. As a result, the 915 fits perfect across the forefoot while the Rain is at the limit and almost too snug in the forefoot. The heel feels perfect in the 915 and the heel is very slightly loose in the Rain. The lengths are about the same. Overall, I like both and Wess both in the same size, but the 915 fits me better. I love that last.

Great now I"m tempted to buy this guy

    @burgerkong

YOu're local right? How did you size in your 915? I sent an email a while back to Skolyx on sizing advice and they said to go one size down from my regular AE shoes. So I'm a 8D in AE so I'd be a 7UK in Yankos.

But then I see this guy

    https://www.skolyx.se/en/shoes/216-cap-toe-balmoral-oxford-brown-mix.html

Hmm.. I really don't have a plain toe dark brown oxford. But then again, I don't wear suits to work and can afford to spruce up my shoes.

Yessir I am. And for a small fee I can be persuaded to proxy it back as I'm in China/Hong Kong until the end of the month.

I got my true brannock sizing which matched my LodinG and AE 5 last sizing.

Although I'm a size 12 so that might not translate properly for smaller sizes, YMMV!

Quote:Each foot is different, but I'm a US8d in pretty much everything from Allen Edmonds and a size UK6.5 in the Yanko 915 last fits me perfect.

Yep from what I have read size down 0.5.

So that's size down 1.5 from your US size in AE to get UK size in Yanko.

To fuck it up, I need insoles in my AE 5 last 8D and my 7 UK 915 are perfect. I got the balmoral oxford, they look absolutely amazing.
