The sleeves fit just right. They may actually be a bit too short after a wash.

That just seems like their regular sizing, but everyone is saying they fit huge?

This is how the moleskin pearl snaps in M look on me

40 inch chest, 36 inch waist, 5’10’’ ish in height.

I say it’s a TTS gut-accomodating medium, as I am of medium height and I am not slim, and it fits me like it should. If you are a slim person you may find the cut unsettling and prefer to size down.

It seems like pretty normal sizing for anyone, too. 23" chest measurement seems like the standard L for most brands.
