Has anyone ever used this website before? Some stuff seems like decent prices, some of the ties and jackets. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this website as i was thinking of ordering some ties. They also have tons of 38R's which is rare and even a decent selection of 36R's

The quoted retail prices are usually inflated. The prices on shoes for example are always higher than what I find in the stores in Manhattan, often a $100 or more. The discounts on other items such as ties are not that great. You can find much better deals on ebay.

At one point though I was considering buying a few ties from them, but was completely put off by their customer service. I sent them an e-mail asking about the widths of the ties and got no reply. I sent three more e-mails about a week apart asking the same question. Still no reply. I then sent a slightly more nasty e-mail informing them that their customer service was sub-par and that I would never do business with them. No reply.

Super-expensive.

Many years ago I bought many leonard and versace ties direct from them when they were a start up circa 1996-1997 and cheap. Now far too expensive for everything and I avoid. Great service but - they used o send me polaroids of tis availble from Leonard and I would pick ties off polaroids and they would order them in.

I ordered a couple of Etro ties from them last year.  The website listed the ties in US $ but they charged my credit card in the listed amount in euros.  Reported the discrepancy via email and was credited the difference without problem.  

The ties were shipped from Italy and arrived in great condition.  All in all a rather pleasant experience.

Currently looking at the site...I'll make future purchases from them
