The Napoli is a new model not yet introduced, but very similar to the Classico but with less shoulder padding and a slightly more nipped waist. We may also offer the Napoli in a soft shoulder as well with almost no padding at all (probably more reserved for sport jackets).

The semi-canvassed line is still a possibility but not for sure yet - I'll keep you guys posted.

I'm broad shouldered, so I'd imagine that the Napoli would be ideal. Looking forward to them coming in stock!

Just wanted to post about my recent great experience with eHaberdasher.

I purchased a Benjamin Sartorial line navy suit, 36R. The customer service was absolutely great, in the comments of my order I mentioned I was a 31 waist and the trousers included were a 30 and I just wanted to be sure there was enough material to be let out before the order was fully processed. They shot me an email explaining everything would be fine and it was - no issues at all when I took everything to the tailor to get fitted upon the suit's arrival.

I live in Las Vegas and I use the tailor who does the work for Dior, Tom Ford, etc. out of the Crystal Shops at City Center. He seemed very interested in the suit when I came to pick it up - one of his employees must have done the actual work and he was seeing it for the first time. When I took the suit in, I actually left the Benjamin tag hanging from the jacket and when I came to pick it up, the gentleman kept looking at it then ripped off the label and placed it on his desk. He seemed to really like the suit and was curious about the label.

On a side note, he did ask for $160 to make the cuffs functional which I opted out of for now due to the price. I'm told that quote is quite high unless the work would be done completely by hand. (the cuffs come unfinished, I believe the reason is for an easier time with alterations)

I'll be ordering another suit in the near future, I'm going to see if he gives the half canvassed line a chance and order one of those for a frequent suit for the office. I'm also seriously considering one of the Benjamin tuxedos for my wedding. I don't currently own a tux and was thinking of renting but I'd love to have my own and I have no doubt it'll be of great quality.

I apologize if this has already been asked, but what do you think the pricing will be on the sportcoats?

Just bear in mind these are European/slimmer fitting suits with high armholes, so you may end up needing to size up especially if you are used to fuller US fits.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with everyone on the forum and glad the suit has worked out well for you! We have heard from a few tailor shops over the years who were interested in the brand, and/or have heard from customers who were referred to us by their tailors to consider the Benjamin suits.

The functional sleeve buttons can get steep when done by hand, admittedly. To be honest the reason that I decided to implement basted sleeves as part of the design is because I find most people need to have sleeves shortened or lengthened, and having the faux sleeve button holes and the buttons sewn on only add more work (and expense) for the tailor, so why not just leave them unfinished with the added benefit of allowing customers to have the option of having functional sleeve buttons put in. Some people are able to find a tailor who can do them for as little as $50 (by machine, I'm sure) but it's a nice subtle detail if you do have them put in.

Anyway thanks again for the gleaming review and we look forward to being of continued service! :slayer:

$395 - $595. Upper end is going to be cashmere, etc, and I'm talking from Loro Piana, Colombo, Zegna, Tallia del Fino, etc.

FYI those not on the email list we have 15% off sport coats until 9 July (promo code SJ15OFF), otherwise free domestic shipping on order over $150 or £100 (promo code JULYFRSHIP). Offer on both sides, and remember:

Non-EU customers ordering from the UK site are VAT exempt!

The non-VAT adjusted price is shown after entering your non-EU ship-to address

Do you know if US customers ordering from the EU site are subject to duty fees?

I actually recently received an order from Ede & Ravenscroft where this came up but it never had in the past.

Yes, I would imagine all orders shipped outside the EU from within the EU are subject to duty fees - this is the law (unfortunately). At least you are not subject to the 20% VAT, which is deducted at checkout after you specify your non-EU shipping address.

I understand Australia does not have duty on items under $1,000.. is this true?!

Yep Australia is duty-free for purchases below 1000AUD, about 850USD these days. Aussie dollar's been taking a beating!

Posted separately, but thought eHaberdasher customers would enjoy this video highlighting Incotex trousers.

BTW we just got in another 180 pair that we hope to have online in the next week or two!

Yes, it's mis labelled. It's not RLBL, nor is it made by Caruso.

Its Polo Ralph Lauren and made by Corneliani. Half canvassed as opposed to fully. Probably fairly soft shoulder. Would depend on the exact model. Nice though...

Thank you for this info. I'm in the market for a Navy Blazer that is well constructed and has silver buttons instead of brass. I'm a bit worried about the fit, though. My Benjamin Suit Jacket in 38R fits me perfectly. Any comparison on the fit?
