WTB: Tim Hamilton boots S/S 09

Does anyone know of any stores in NYC or LA that carry Tim Hamilton blk boots for S/S 09? Been searching online but it seems like not many online retailers are carrying his line this season. I'm looking for a pair in the image below. I read that the shoes were made by the same shoemaker as used by Carol Christian Poell.
