I'd like to pick up a 38R seersucker blazer for next summer in classic blue and white (not multistripe, green, plaid, solid, etc.). I'm young and fit, so I'd prefer an appropriate cut. I'm willing to get a full suit if the price is right (but pleated pants go straight in the trash) - because I'm at the age where a lot of my friends are getting married, and at least some of them will have daytime summer weddings. It stands to reason that I should be able to get one on sale this time of year, although obviously I've missed the end of summer sales.
Some of the options I've found online:
Will any of those fit the way I want? They're all low-end: are any good value? And where does the designer stuff from last summer end up by this time of year? (PS: I was jonesing for seersucker before seeing Etro's 2007 collection, but that added a certain urgency.)

Can a kindly Mod bump this somewhere (like MC) it's more likely to get a response?

you might want to consider the AAAC forum for suggestions on seersucker suits. but from what i've read over there, the Haspel seersucker is a pretty classic version.

if you've got a few bucks to spend, there's this Paul Smith beaut from Neiman Marcus. i'll bet it's cut fairly slim.

and don't forget those white bucks!
