Do you know your chest & length size? You're going to need more descriptions in terms of what you're looking for, I think.
Personally, I have a NWT theory size 40R in cotton Khaki that just might work for you if it's the proper size.

How tall are you? I don't think you're every going to find any kind of normal jacket whose over all length is 28" or less. Maybe and extra short? Anyway, I don't think my jacket is going to work for you, but good luck anyway.
