WTB: New reversible belt (33" waist) and cashmere coat

I'm looking for a good quality reversible black / brown belt. Preferably with a plain buckle and clasp including shipping to Australia.

Also interested in any recommendations, online or otherwise for a charcoal cashmere coat to go on top of a shirt/tie combination but not an overcoat. Perhaps a 3/4 length or peacoat, single breast. I wear a size 44Euro or 36-38US. My sleeve length is 81cm, collar 38cm, chest 42-44" and waist 33" measuring 170cm tall

And that's a lot of neck, even for an Aussie. That's Campese-level neck.

I assume that's a 15" collar.

That's 38cm collar so yes, around 15".
