WTB: Navy overcoat / topcoat - 42R

I'm looking for a navy overcoat / topcoat in size 42R, roughly 45-50 inches from top of collar (i.e., not a short one). I've been scanning Styleforum for something like this for three years but can't seem to find it! Anyone have anything new or very close just sitting in their closet waiting to be turned into cold, hard, spendable cash?
