WTB formal waistcoats/vests

I'm looking for two waistcoats/vest please in size 40R (euro 50R) to fit in with the wedding attire 'tutorial' by Manton. A white one for the evening black tie, and a dove grey (sorry, gray) one for the the 'stroller' morning outfit. I prefer the lower cut versions, either DB or SB and preferably with lapels please. Anyone have these sitting in the back of their wardrobes or know of places to get them at reasonable prices please? I've browsed through ebay with no luck.

Hmm... I had one made by Ravi's Tailors, a lowish cut DB dove gray one that I never end up wearing... if you like I can get the dimensions for you once I get home.
I wear between a 38r and a 40r typically.
