Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a small or medium of the black herringbone version of the Engineered Garments Monty duffle coat. As far as I know, this color isn't available in the current Fall/Winter collection and was only available in the 2005 collection. I know its very unlikely that any stores still have this (none I've been able to find, at least), but if you know of any that do please let me know! If you have this coat and you're willing to sell, please let me know as well.

Thanks!

Did you try Kuhlman in Seattle? Pretty good EG selection.

Kuhlman - 1.0 miles NW - 2419 1st Ave, Seattle, 98121 - (206) 441-1999

No idea, but it's worth a quick call.

Oh my God, J, I could kiss you right now!

I called them and not only did they have it, but it was at a lower price than the current season's version (I guess they're trying to clear them out). And, they were even willing to send it to me! They only had an L and an XL, but I got them to measure the L and it actually measures closer to a regular M (which is contrary to what I've read). It will be a little big on me, but better for lavering.

Thanks again for the suggestion, J!

Damn. I called to see if they had the boiled wool engineer's jacket from last season that I missed out on— which they did, but not in my size. Guy I talked to was cool, though, and pretty enthusiastic about EG. Probably a good source for the current stuff, too.
