I'm checking to see if any SF member is interested in selling a pair of shoes. I'm looking for a pair of relatively new (or actually new!) burgundy oxfords in a US 12D or UK 11E. I prefer a brogued captoe or wingtip. I'm having a tough time finding a reasonable pair (one that I don't have to pay above retail and wait 3 months to get). I'm looking for anything Crockett & Jones Handrade quality or better (let the debate begin

). I would love a pair of Vass, Edward Green, etc. Thanks for any help you can provide!

I have a pair of dark brown (okay, not actually burgundy, but it's kind of a reddish-brown) Polo Ralph Lauren Bentons, which are the C&J Belgrave in a 12D. They have channeled soles and a slightly beveled waist. They are perhaps six months old and have been worn maybe a dozen times in that period. They are punched cap-toes. If you're interested, I could probably let them go for less than half of retail.

I'm definately interested. I'm sending you a PM!

Others, I'm still interested in burgundy shoes also!
