WTB: APC in Austin TX, possible?

Hey-

I'm thinking about getting a pair of APC NS's but would love to try on a few pairs. The way they're vanity sized plus the stretching makes me think buying them based on measurements would be unwise.

Is there anywhere I can try on a pair? How about Dallas? San Antonio? West of the Mississippi but East of Las Vegas?

Just buy a couple pairs from Tobi (see link above) and return the ones you don't like. If you're willing to drive long distances the extra $$$ shouldn't bother you.

Possibly Barney's in The Domain? Haven't been there in a while though...basically not since it opened. Also the thought is based on the Dallas Barney's sporadically carrying APC.

I didn't see APC the last time I was at the Domain, but that was a couple months ago.

I don't believe Factory People is still around.

Any other Austin premium denim places worth checking out, even if they don't carry APC?

+1 for Barney's at NorthPark in Dallas having them. I wouldn't be able to tell you which cuts they had. I'm curious as to why you want to try on a pair. They're going to be tight in the beginning regardless, but they do stretch.

haha what...the plan doesn't even make sense. farinelli's offering free shipping has nothing to do on APC's end and furthermore, a person who does that would pay the same cost for the jeans only to have to wait 3-4 days to get them shipped.
