Usually it takes two working days to reach US customers but for extra precaution I would add an extra day just in case.

Yes! These new style comes with elastic. You can wear both ways. With or without laces .

I wear them with laces in, but not tied, just knotted at the end. The elastic tongue works really well for this style of wear. All of my Margiela German Army Trainers work the same way.
