This thing is supposed to be punk. Punk fashion was invented by Malcolm McLaren and Vivienne Westwood, who combined traditional english clothing with bondage/fetish wear (think tartan trousers covered in straps and zippers with studded belts and such). Go straight to the source. Any sex shop should be able to help you. Alternately, these sailor jerry cuffs, particularly the "Hold Fast" one, are pretty sweet if you're into this kind of thing: http://www.angryyoungandpoor.com/sto...dproduct=74676. They're not as gothed out as the one you posted, but the nautical style is 83% less played out.
