I've seen a lot of people wearing cowboy boots with suits in Texas, and a few in New Mexico. I'd imagine that someone is doing it in California. I don't think I'd do it anywhere else, though.

Absolutely not. I've worn ostrich cowboy boots with suits many times, but crepe soles? Hell no.
