Would you guys recommend buying this?

I am thinking about buying it with Christmas money but I don't know if it's worth it some say Lacoste is bad quality and it will shrink after 1 wash.

Don't buy it. It's awful. However, I have several of their polo shirts which are over 10 years old
and their colors are as good as they were when purchased.
