Worst Genre of Movies?

I have to go with Romantic Comedy...seriously, why are these made?

Anything with time traveling in order to change the course of events. I mean if you go back to and actually kill John Connor in 1985 why did you need the time machine in the year 2025?

These movies are made to make women believe that men will do stupid and goofy things just to win their heart. Which we won't.

How to Enjoy a Romantic Comedy I truly enjoy romantic comedies but I usually watch them alone. Can't stand some dumb herd animal giggling all the time

"Inspirational" movies. As in.......Hallmark movies, some sports movies, and almost all "Christian" movies.


Musicals and romantic comedies are like any other genre, they are good when they are good. Admittedly, there does seem to be a disproportionate amount of lame movies in both genres.


Many of the screwball comedies of the 30's and 40's could be considered romantic comedies, but they are some of my favorite movies of all time.
