I recall a 3 part documentary series on Savile Row in which there is a tailoring competition highlighted in one of the parts, dont recall the name of it.

Have heard of awards in Italy called "The Golden Scissors". Sorry but that's all I've got. Do not know who awards this, judges this or how you would earn one.

I forgot to mention that Andrea Nixon, of Steed (my tailor, Edwin DeBoise's shop, for those who don't know) was third in this competition, the Golden Shears Award, and also received the Rising Star Award. Here she is, third from the left...
