I'm drooling over Ciano Farmer's 18 oz William Harris waxed duck jacket. Something like this lined would be an absolute beast of a jacket.

I bought my first piece of clothing from them the other day. It's a nice shirt. Nothing ground breaking. For me it was fabric pattern that made me want to buy it. For the price, it would be have to be something I can't live without. This is the shirt I bought.Thoughts on Rogue Territory shirts and jackets? Their flannel fabrics are absolutely incredible and I love the details...but man, that price at $260ish. Their jackets, however, seem reasonably priced.
I can't remember if it was this thread or a different one, but someone asked about western style shirts outside of Pendleton and RRL. I just saw these:

Mississippi is brutal for heat, I was there once and had to wear a suit and was dying in about 2 minutes.
Linen is your friend. There are a few brands that have linen cotton blends for pants/jeans and button downs. Getting a pair of light weight denim is a good option too.
I also find hemp cotton blend t-shirts to be very easy to wear in the heat. Jungmaven and Taylor Stitch make some that I like.
I also like Hawaiian shirts, Freenote has a bunch of good options. Okayama denim also has some SDA hawaiian shirts for pre order.
Billy Reid is another good brand for summer options.
Boat shoes. Look good and you can skip the socks.
You can find Billy Reid stuff for super cheap at Nordstrom Rack and ebay/poshmark/grilled.
That scout shirt is pretty heavy duty. Might not be great for the summer.
