Work Shirts Advance !! TML, H&M, TAILORED?

Hi all!

I am located in Hong Kong and am looking for better quality shirts and suits for work. Currently, I buy H&M and Zara Suits + Shirt for work. ZARA is getting to pricey and H&M breaks easily if wearing for work. I want something nice and formal, and yet not old style. Tried local tailor such as Sam's but just not the best option.

Please advise.
