Hi all,

I understand that the higher the "s-count" the thinner the thread. Does that mean that the higher s-counts are more suitable to wear during the summer?

Thanks in advance.

If you are looking for a summer suit, don't focus on the Supers #. Instead, find out the weight of the fabric (~9 oz) and in addition, look for fabric with an open weave.

I do find nice 8-9 oz kid mohair and wool mix very good for East asia summer period (e.g. Hong Kong). They evaporate and keep your legs dry, and loosely woven enough to let air in. This composition also will be office friendly (quiet wrinkle resistant, quick to retain shape, wool worsted sheen)
