I know you can't read this post, but I'll respond anyway. It's not I that want such a subforum. Sometimes a woman comes along that does, though.

Further more, I would have liked to have been awake for the PSA of mr Moo. I missed him,....uh, that.

AskAndy has/had one. Hard to get traffic though.

On the other hand, someone is reading the Corporette blog . . .

no good.... the possibility of a barrage of noob female members going in MC and SW to tell us what to wear is most unwelcome.

no, the forum would have to clean up alot sexism on it, and dumb thread would probably die off if you could not make jokes about fairies and women.

what's worse is imagining how many will enter SW&D denouncing RO, MMM et al. and praise the quality and styling of Ed Hardy.....

This is a bad thing? I do agree that it would change the overall tone of the forum, which might not be a good thing. (assuming women actually joined)

Well...the main reason I think this would be a good idea is that I'm not aware of any fashion forums for women with...taste. (Not that taste is overabundant here.) I haven't looked very hard, but a girl asked me where to find fashion info online recently and I couldn't think of anything. I think sufu has girls but I'd hate to send anyone there.

I don't disagree totally. I think it would be a great idea for women to have what we have, even if just for the B&S. I constantly find myself looking for female clothes at discounted prices for either my sister or my ex girlfriend. I just think that there would be an overload of marsupialed girls who come in and throw down their opinions, without ever reading a single thread previously, and think that they're totally right because they're girls and ultimately all guys (well atleast most) want to sleep with girls. I don't believe this to be all, we have a couple of girls on this forum, but I feel that once the gate is open, it will inevitably lead to a fail of epic proportions.

There will never be a women's styleforum. It's just the way men and women are wired.

I much prefer the sausagefest we currently have. The world is in a very sad state when a fashion forum is the last bastion of undiluted testosterone.
